1 My first Tracker
Explication de la tâche .
Imagine jumping into the adventure of selling a new product, such as face masks after the covid pandemic. You developed a great model and started selling them. After over 300 sales you realized that you would need to track of all your mask sales! You have heard that excel could help you do that. Can you take all my paper sale data and input it into excel for me? This would act as my ledger for all my taxes.

Comment faire.
To get started with this task you need to get a new Excel document that is blank! You can do this by hitting CTRL-N to open a new document.
In the new document you can name the sheet at the bottom: "Sales"
Go to the top row and type the info you wish to track :
Ideally here you would type :
Invoice # | Invoiced Date | Name | Due Date | Subtotal | Tax | Total

Once you have done this, in each collumn input the information you found in the PDF with all the sales.
Each line after the first one now becomes an invoice. Take the PDF and start filling the table you build with your information. In A2 input '2020-02 (the single quote forces the text), then in B2 input the date 2020-06-17 and so on. Use the PDF found on the top of the page to get all the sources for the data.
Here's an idea of what it should look like at the end!
