You started working with the policy department and are expected to take notes during staff meetings, senior staff meetings and team meetings. Your notes are going to become a legal document that will be printed quarterly and given to every executive. Please be aware to take audio and written notes, video is no longer necessary since they can be transformed into a pdf!
John the cabinet minister wants you to use Onenote to build this notebook. Can you setup this notebook?

Comment faire.
To create a new workbook, it is important to know where you are saving it so it's easy to share and manipulate.
Simply enough go to FILE --> NEW - Make sure to chose the option "This PC" and @Create in a different folder@. I choose to set it on my desktop somewhere and hit create.
Once it's built make sure to create the 3 different tabs for each meeting type. "Staff Meeting","Senior Staff Meeting" and "Team Meeting"
And voila, you've created your notebook and can now just keep it up to date. Transfer the whole notebook folder and even export to PDF if needed!
